Comrad biograd, u might try the leanness lifestyle. I know a lot of people here don't like the 4 to 6 meal a day thing, and i can understand because of the rigidness and time (kind of a pain in the ass) , but if your looking for results, eating good nutritious food administured regularly cannot be beat for both performance enhancement and body composition.
The basics are 4 to 6 meals a day at 2-4 hour increments. Eat LOT'S of veggies, couple of servings of fruits, if you drink milk try about a quart a day, 4 - 6 lean protein servings such as tuna, chicken or lean beef, and 4-6 good carb servings with stuff like baked potatoes, long grain rice, 12 grain bread, whole wheat pasta's, etc...Not only did i go from 13%bf to 7% bodyfat in about 7 months with this type of plan, with my energy level i could train forever and still be fresh. Hope that helps a bit. (Oh ya, as for pizza, try and make your own, 100 times better than from a pizza parlour!)
