I came accross an article a few weeks back by Mike Tyson's trainer who told of the nutrition method Mike used to drop like 60 or 70 pounds after he ws released from jail, he was somethink like 290 300 at that time....basically what he did was eat 5 or 6 times a day, lot's of protein (eggs, beef, fish, etc), he had a couple of protein shakes a day, lot's of fiberous veggies like brocoli and so on, and totally eliminated processed carbs like pasta and bread and pretty much just ate the fiberous veggies as his carb source. He also had likr 2 0r 3 tbs of flax oil a day. Hope that helps. You could probably find the article by doing a google search.
