The Don Lemmon style of eating is basically eating 6 times a day, eat protein and fats together and carbs on their own..It breaks down to 4 protein and fat meals a day and 2 carb meals a day.
You have to find your optimal caloric intake as well. To do that, take your lean bodyweight in pounds, divide it by 10, and then multiply that number by your bodyweight in lean pounds again. I weigh 175 lean tissue, so i am 175 / 10 = 17.5, 17.5 x 175 = 3063 calories a day spread evenly through 6 meals...roughly 500 calories a meal. To go as little deeper here is a sample daily menu for you.
Breakfast:
Oatmeal in nonfat milk
Berries
Multi-vitamin
Brunch:
Cottage cheese
1 tbs oil (I use exra virgin olive oil)
Lunch:
Large steak
Large romain salad
Afternoon meal:
Long grain rice
veggies
Dinner:
Lean ground beef
Veggies
Night meal:
1 can of water packed tuna
1 tbs oil
Hope that helps.
