MessageMike, i am a strict lacto-vegetarian (vego, dairy products,milk,cheese etc, no egg)
and am trying to put on weight any recomendations of foods high in protein to increase muscle repair. I know that i will never get huge being a vegetarian but i'm sure i can increase some muscle mass. Due to Pavels knowledge and advice i have had greats gains in strength from deadlifts, chins, pistols and presses. I stick to low reps 5 max for 3-5 sets training 2-3 times week or whatever my time allows.
Advice welcome Commies.
