MessageI absolutely agree with you that he says he hasn't discovered anything new or groundbreaking, he just tells the truth...TRUTH 1:YOU MUST EAT 5-6 MEALS A DAY AT 2 TO 3 HOUR INCREMENTS...TRUTH 2:YOU MUST EAT A BALANCE OF PROTEIN AND CARBS AT EACH MEAL...TRUTH 3: EAT YOUR EFA'S...TRUTH 4: SUPPLMENETS ARE A BUNCH OF sh*T...and the list go's on.
And by the way, I doubt you have read through his website because if you did you would find that he is totally against juice, and he doesn't have a drug physique, c'mon man, the guy weighs 200lbs at 5'8", he just has a lot of hypertrophy with a very low bf%...And if people think he has a drug physique, the i am screwed, cause i'll post a pic and i will garantee i will hear "oh, he didn't earn that he is just a juice monkey"
