In my case i have almost all the symptons of low T you mentioned and some others such as trouble concentrating and memory loss. The worst case i have had with low T has been in the past few months when i switched to low fat/high carb diet. Before i was on my own version of the Dr. Ellis diet which i had enormous success with, much more then i even relized at the time. I know my T levels where higher but not high enough when i was on the Ellis diet. Now I'm switching back to my old diet and already feeling a difference but i'm going to look into some more ways to help naturally raise my T levels, then i'll have blood work run to test for T levels and know how far i am with naturally supported levels.
