Messageapprox. 4 wks ago i arrived back from vacation weighing 248IBS. i startded the nhe eating plan the nexy day.now 4 wks later i weigh 233IBS.i go to home to ireland on thursday and i have to go off the nhe plan for awhile.(moms home cooking and all.)some things that i did during the plan was on my carb load day i would start my eating by mixing a weight gainer in with water and/or orange juice followed by potatoes, rice etc. and then i would eat things like ice cream cookies donuts cheesecake, etc. i would keep my crab load meals going for about 1 1/2 hours.non carb load days i started wiith a teaspoon full of cod liver oil, then eggs for breakfast.i also would eat alot of meat made on the george foreman grill,deserts like cream and ricotta cheese, cream, low carb protein powder, fat free chocolate swiss all whipped up, cover and put it the fridge.also another snack i found, was to wrap cheese with cabbage leafs. i just wanted to share my experience with you guys just to show that you can eat whatever you want and still loose weight. see ya in a few wks.
