About diet and a old school approach to it.......

comrades,

i have been a low carb dieter for a while except when i travel, this was very evident when at the April RKC cert this year myself and Brett jones were the only ones on our table to order chocolate cake.

anyway to get to the point, although i temper daily i was starting to notice that i was having problems down there and i could not have sex as offten as i wanted to. anyway i was very worried i thought that it could mabey be due to stress, i saw a doctor (a nice little intern who was about 23, she was beautiful) anyway she got me to have some tests and it was found that i had a very mild for of scurvey (sp?) anyway i ahev upped my total carb level thourgh out the day and everything is fine, i still eat alot of animal protin but i am not worried about how many grams etc, i should eat/.

anyway my eating pattern is as follow usually 3-4 meals a day, trying to be healthy (try not to eat candy or sugary foods, no sodas or overly processed meat), i make sure that i get lots of protein. ithe only meals that i make sure to eat are breakfast and a post workout meal thats heavy on protien and good carbs. if it's hot like it is today about 48 degrees celcius i will eat only 2 meals, breakfats made up of fruit and a protien shake....dinner will probably be a steak and a ice cold beer.

i have been eating like this for about the last 2 weeks and im feeling great.
