MessageWas randomly searching for a different site, and found an Australian site about this Polish book. Seems to tie in well with some of the low carb advice around hear, but with a greater emphasis on fat, especially as one becomes more fat-burning.
Just got a copy of NHE, and like what I've read so far. He does have an annoying habit of quoting himself in the chapter headings when he thinks he has said something pithy (as prana has noted), things that would be better just folded into the flow of the text. He does a good job of referencing. As he references the Anabolic Diet some (and I'm not even into the diet chapters), I am not surprised that his diet may mirror that to some degree. Why can't these guys get their books into Barnes and Noble, so that I can browse them over a latte and get the one I like best? Don't really care to keep ordering them off the web, sight unseen.
Rant over.
