MessageMe personally, I drink Skim milk instead of shakes. No matter what the supplement companies say, milk is just as good (if not better) as drinking a protein shake. For you what I would suggest, eat your regular breakfast, lunch, dinner...and in between those meals drink a few litres of milk and buy some canned tuna, or canned turkey/chicken, if you can't stand tuna like me, and snack on those between meals as well. With your 3 meals, a litre or 2 of milk, and a can or two of tuna/chicken, you will be getting all the protein you will ever need! Hope that helps a bit man.
Oh ya, you can get fairly big, be lean and have good conditioning, it just takes a lot of work but it is very doable.
