Hello Comrades,
I am very interested in the Warrior Diet, and think it will fit into my lifestyle very well. My only question is, are you able to have a hard training session before your meal in the evening?
An example of my daily routine might be as follows:
Waking up, doing some ab work and then cold shower
Drink water, (maybe have some fruit) then go to work at 10am
Drink water all day at work, finish at 6pm and train (PTP, RKB or martial arts)
Come home from training at about 10pm and have meal/s.
Does this sound like a good diet and training scheme. Its just that I want to give training a 100% (and be able to burn fat) and still be able to get strong and keep or even build muscle. What do you guys think?
