MessageYour website mentions "you can do it without a single supplement". Is this actualy possable to make enormouse gains in strenght with out relying at least some of the time on ML, PD, and some of the other supplements being used by body builders out there? Or does your book instruct how to aquire all the nutrients you need from "real food"?
