MessageHello comrades, 2 weeks ago I had meniscus repair on my knee. Crutches for 6 weeks and almost no activity. So not wanting to sit around and get fat, I was thinking about the warrior diet, because the little to no activity I wont be able to burn calories like if I was on a balanced diet. Would being on this type of diet hurt the healing process or will it matter becuase of already being 2 weeks out from surgery? Any diet ideas sound good if this plan is not right.
thanks
