MessageThere are 3 main types of vitamins:
1. Living. These are taken from plants already in existence & haven't been "cooked" past a certain temperature (somewhere around 120 F).
2. Natural. These are like the living ones, except they've been cooked, which destroys some of the enzymes & such.
3. Synthetic (man-made). Stay away from these because what we (humans) can make can't touch what's already been made & in the environment.
