MessageWhen I worked at a grocery store during my high school summers, I would get a great big ol' plate of mac & cheese from the bakery. About 2 hours later I had more energy than I knew what to do with.
That being said, I would wait maybe 1.5 or 2 hours instead of just one. But that's my personal preference and I have no scientific credentials.
Maybe we could ask Ellis how long he waits after eating carbs before he works out. (just kidding!)
