Fat Won't Budge......

Although, I keep fit and eat healtly in regards to that I were doing the Abs Diet...... I can't seem to get rid of the belly.
I were looking at the Warrior Diet but with the nature of my job don't have time to do it.
My average day is something like this.
Morning.
Peanut butter on two slices of wholemeal toast.
A cup of Coffee, with Skimmed Milk.
Snack.
Hand full of nuts or a peice of fruit.
Lunch.
Wholemeal sandwhich of either beef or chicken.
Snack.
Peice of fruit (Apple or Banana)
Dinner.
Salmon and rice.
Snack.
Ice Cream or protien drink or small low-fat cake (muffin size)
I workout on the bag as well as weight routine and martial arts training. Thus, the fat won't shift......
Is there any easy way to do the Warrior Diet or should I do more cardio.......
