MessageHi all,
I recommend acai, mangosteen, and goji berries. These superfoods are high in amino acids, protein, essential vitamins and minerals as well as Omega 3/6/9 fatty acids. I have noticed a large increase in my energy levels and decrease in fatigue this past month since taking these fruits as part of my diet.
