My New Routine

Hi All

I posted a few weeks back asking for help with some diet and training!! From the responses i started to look into nutrition and just how the body reacts to certain kinds of food, Finally I came up with a eating plan that I think will help with losing Body Fat and training in general! The main reason for this post it to get your opinions on my routine, and any advice or suggestions you may have.

The first thing I done was made 2 major desicions.

Desicion 1.. I went fron 2 meals a day to 6 small meals a day.
Desicion 2.. I cut out all Soda Drinks, I was drinking up to 2 litres of Diet Coke a day, I now only drink water and lots of it bouts 3 litres if not more!!

I worked out that my Calorie Intake for me to stay at weight was 2830 calories, so I reduced this by 20% for Fat Loss to 2264.

Below is a Meal Plan for one day, to be truthfull the meal plan does not vary much for the week.

Meal 1
Shredded Wheat
Low Fat Milk

Meal 2
Oatmeal Porridge made with water and 1 sliced bananna.

Meal 3
Fresh Chicken Breast
Whole Brown Rice
Fresh Carrots

Meal 4
Two slice whole wheat bread
Tuna in spring water mixed with fresh sweetcorn

Meal 5
Fresh Chicken Breast
Lettuce
2 Oranges

Meal 6
Protein Shake mixed with No Fat natural Youghart.

On top of this i get up every morning and do a 45min weight routine (Actuall the weight routine is only 4 days a week, Mon, Tue, Thur, Sat. The rest of the days I use bodyweight exercises) and 30min Cardio session on the treadmill..

Any advice on the above is welcomed
