MessageHola. :-d
I'm a Type-1, insulin-dependant Diabetic. I take a basal insulin at night which lasts for about twenty-four hours. Before breakfast, lunch and dinner I take a short-duration insulin which lasts for three hours, effectively covering the meal it's before and then the one after (morning tea, afternoon tea, and supper respectively).
Anyway. Could I get some specifics on meal times with The Warrior Diet? I understand that it's a big meal at night, and a few snacks in the day? I'm just wondering if that would fit with my regimen- I don't have to take the short-duration doses, I figure I'd just skip them and just have the dinner one? I'm curious as to how big the snacks are, and as well, if anyone else has Diabetes and is on the diet.
Thanks.
