MessageI’ve got a question for all you nutrition/fitness gurus out there. I’m a 25 year old, 5’6” female who does about 30-45 minutes of kettlebells about 3-4 days a week (at a challenging level). I’ve been eating about 2000 calories a day (planning my meals ahead, eating organic foods, getting the right ratio of macros, etc)… but no matter what I do, I can’t lose an ounce of body fat. I’ve been hovering around 140 lbs for the last 5 months, and it’s driving me nuts. I have a layer of body fat (particularly in my midsection) that’s obscuring the muscle definition I’ve built from the kettlebell training.
Am I getting enough calories? Approximately how many am I burning with each kettlebell session?
I’m completely stymied on how to change what I'm already doing...
