MessageActually, I’m about the same shape I was 5 months ago… I don’t see or feel much (if any) difference at all. I don’t take any supplements besides multivitamins, spirulina and fish oil. Before I started with the kettlebells (I’m doing a mix of both core and ballistic moves, about 4 sets of 20 reps with 8kg), I was doing 45 minutes of weight training 3-4 days a week, and about 1 hour of cardio about 3 days a week. Would that be considered a moderate fitness level?
My daily food intake includes about 40 grams fat (18% of calories), 270 grams of carbs (49%) and 155 grams of protein (33%).
