MessageI would say that your fitness level was more than "moderate". You came into KB's at a pretty high fitness level. I am far from being an expert on this matter. There are far more knowledgeable people on this forum than myself that can give you some concrete advice. I would, however, suggest being very specific and post your exact training routine (sets, reps, exercises, length, frequency) and your typical diet over an entire day (how much food, what types/kinds of food, amt. of water, size/number of meals, etc.)
I know that sounds like alot of typing but at your fitness level, which sounds to me like it is pretty high, your training and nutrition really might just need some tweaking instead of a complete overhaul.
Also, I can't believe that your body compisition has gone unchanged after 5 months of KBs. Your muscularity hasn't changed??? Your clothes don't fit different??? You must have been in great shape to begin with.
