MessageKeep an accurate food and training journal and then start messing with the variables (more weight, more reps, shorter rest intervals, more challenging exercises -- burpees, mountain climbers, less sugary foods, making sure to eat breakfast, a set number of meals a day, more water, less cheat meals, eating right after you workout, etc.)
