MessageI know the Warrior diet has been mentioned and she's right it's not for everyone, but can I suggest "the Warrior Diet Fat Loss Program" It is a small spiral bound book by Ori Hofmekler, with way less info in it on why we should all be warriors and his excercise program, but includes great info on why we have fat and how to eliminate the reasons for it, thus eliminate the fat. It is very inexpensive, and if you follow it you will be getting ALOT more food every day than the diet you describe. It is a three week program, and the first week can be a little hard (supper gets boring) but after that you will love it. I have lost 25lbs on it in a couple months. I don't stick to it all the time, I did the 3 weeks 2X and in between I just do plain Warrior diet. I also have problems with sugar and that is why I like it.
