Here is some calculations I through into a tool on a site that is pretty damn good based on your stats.

RESULTS - GUIDELINE ONLY
Maintenance: 1916 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 1532 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 1149 Calories/day

7 day calorie cycle (zig-zag)

2000 calories seems kind of high. Try manipulating your carbs, controlling insulin. 10% carbs 3 days and up it 40% of your total calories every 4 days and you should be good to go. Eat 6 meals a day. A meal could just be a scoop of protein and a few nuts. Try getting the book at cutdiet.com. My nutritionist wrote it. He knows cutting. His nickname is the ripper.
