I'm not a nutritional expert and don't need to be.
I swing two 32kg bells and weigh 175lbs (not a big guy) and eat just about anything I please.
Work HARD for short periods of time (High Intensity Interval Training: HIIT) ramp up your metabolism, notice the changes, and get STRONG.
I just started my female roommate on KB training and she is beginning with the 24kg bell for swings. She does TGUs with the 16kg and its hard work.
Try the HOC program
Tabata running is also great and the whole thing takes 12min!
These are all HIIT workouts and will get you rampped
