MessageI'm on the WD, and people have been mentioning about having carb days and no carb days. On days that I get minimal carbs, I notice a difference in my bodyfat, but then I through it back on again, because I eat alot of carbs for the WD.
I'd like to start trying 1:1 cycles of carb days. or should I go for something like 3:1 no carb to carb days?
my goal is to loose a bit of body fat.
what do you guys think?
