heres a question that i just thought of. generally it is said that if you lift weights, you should be getting anywhere from 1-2x your bodyweight in protein. 1.5x would put me at almost 1400 calories just in protein.
say on the 'zone' diet..this would give me, well an a lot of calories. probaly close to 4000.
dos this protien / bodyweight thing still hold up?
