MessageWhat supplements, vitamins, etc. would you recommend? I know I get enough protein in my diet, probably lacking some vitamins and minerals. I eat 2-3 servings of fruit everyday (kiwi, banana, mango or strawberries) Sometimes as part of a protein drink but, I get it. I train BJJ 2-3 days a week and Muay Thai 3 days a week.
I currently only take fish oil.
