MessageDaily Multivitamin is good. Try Centrum Performance - its pretty good. Fish oil is probably my favorite, for I can actually tell the difference. I take it in the morning before school/workout and my mind is sharp as a laser. I also take bee pollen products. These are currently what i take but there are many other great supplements. The WD has a section on vitamins and stuff and is worth looking at.
