At the moment I'm in a wushu school in China, we train 6-7 hours a day which means regneration is sometimes very hard. Moreover the food here is very low quality and doesn't contain that much healthy stuff.
Now I've read several times in this forum that zma is very good for regeneration, the immune system, testosterone levels,...
I'd like to order it but there seem to be so many different brands. Can you recommend a good one to me and maybe also an internet site were I can order it?
