MessageI'd like to hear from vegetarians on what they eat while working out. Does one really need as much protein as commonly recommended by various meat eating health authorities? Can I just eat a serving or two of beans and rice and get enough protein? Can I gain muscle on a vegetarian diet? That's the sort of thing I'm hoping to get some answers to.
