MessageFirst of all, in order to lose weight you need to exercise, exercise, exercise. Its almost impossible and probably unhealthy to try and lose weight without exercise. There has been a lot of talk and research about breakfast lately and how it might not actually be the most important meal of the day. If you are not hungry in the morning, simply do not eat. I think its more important to listen to your own body than some of the diets out there. Try not to eat processed foods though. Nothing wrong with some pizza or some all natural Breyers ice cream every now and then. If you are hungry eat. If you are not, wait til you are.
