MessageI recently went low-carb and really have taken to it. I don’t even feel like eating carbs, which brings me to my question. Is it necessary to carb load every once in while (a big carb meal say every couple of days) to prevent my muscles from smoothing out? Or, is it correct that carb-loading is not an issue, it is just a matter of becoming fat adapted?
