Messagewhen you consume toxins, generaly, your body stores it in adipose tissue. one way to detox is to fast, hence, breakdown the adipose tissue for energy and then the toxins are released into your bloodstream to be filtered out by the liver. therfore, detoxify.
now in regards to your question. when you sleep, your fasting for how ever many hours. but say 8 hours isn't a long enough fast to detoxify.
