Messagerelated to the blood-sugar stability issue? In addition to supposedly making you less likely to overeat, does a stable blood sugar also make it any less likely that excess calories will be stored as fat? I vaguely recall reading somewhere something like this, i.e. that an insulin spike may lead to more calories being stored as fat. But I don't think I understand the reasoning behind it. Why wouldn't excess calories get treated the same way regardless? Any thoughts?
