MessageI don't agree with the statement that consumed cal. > burner = fat gain. I eat anywhere from 2000-5000 calories a day, even on days where I don't workout and I don't gain fat. So there may be some fact behind an insulin spike leading to more fat. Also, diabetics tend to be more overweight. I can't really say "why" but I believe that it is a valid statement and may be worth looking into.
