MessageHas anyone read the above book? If so, what did you think? It sounds interesting. Also, how many pages does it contain, is it 180 or 140, because different online book stores say one or the other.Does ori say something in the book about coffee helping to burn fat depending on when it is drank, or is it the same old story that coffee helps burn fat when drank prior to working out?
