I buy raw organic unsalted butter from Organic Pastures and it tastes divine like pure cream and use it to cook steaks and eggs. Its expensive and hard to find but local markets like Whole Foods and People's in San Diego carry it.
For coconut oil, I get the virgin unprocessed stuff and use it in curries and thai cooking. Its also quite tasty in coffee. Wonderful!
Red palm oil is good too and use it for african type stews to cook with. Tastes different very subtle but good for ya and unique nutty butter flavor that nothing else.
