MessageFirst off. Eat some fruits when you eat your veggies. This way you can get some carbs in with your food. As for protein, you can have some peanutbutter/nuts if you can't get a hold of some meat. If you don't, don't freak out because when you eat protein on an empty stomach (according to Ori), you will increase your testosterone which helps aid in fat burn - just make sure you get adequate amounts of protein during your main meal.
Sprinting is excellent for burning fat. That long and slow cardio stuff can be good but not as good as sprinting when it comes to burning fat. Personally, I find it boring, stressful and totaly ineffective. Also, there's nothing wrong with a little puke!
