MessageYou can get enough protein from veggies, fruits and grains. Vegetarians have no problem with getting the adequate amount of protein they need. There are also non-vegetarians who find that meat is valuable to their training and there are also studies done that show beneficial effects of increased protein in diet.
It all depends on your body type. Diet is as genetic as physical characteristics. For example, there are people who can handle carbs and those who can't. Everybody is different. Try experimenting with both ideas and find which gives you the most energy and best results. I experimented with many ideas on diet and found which one suited me best.
