MessageI'm not a WD'r, but I think occaissional fasting makes you psychologically strong while caving in to hunger, especially when it involves eating the worst food on Earth, imo, makes you weak.
Drink lots of water and get back to work.
Now if you said the only fluid available was Coke, I'd drink the Coke instead of dehydrating.
