MessageOn a rest day I might consider getting the burger and chucking the bun. A little fatty meat definitely isn't going to kill you.
Assuming you're not going to make a habit of it, you might also make your decision based on whether you're looking to gain weight or lose weight. If you're losing weight, maybe bag it and go home and have a sharp dinner. If you're gaining weight, go for it.
