MessageI saw a show where they went to a sumo stable in Japan. They said that every stable has its own top-secret recipee. It is said that the ingredients of their soup pack on the pounds, but keep them healthy. The food bill is also astronomical because of the quality and quantity of the food they buy. Kids who are naturally big are chosen to become sumos so they are already big to begin with. I think skipping breakfast has the least to do with it and the focus is more on genetics and the ingredients.
