If you can help it at all, pack lunch, even if it's a meal replacement bar. Otherwise, I'd choose to go hungry:

Think of the people who are working there, and how much do they care about what they're feeding you - I found a fried roach in my french fries a couple years ago...

Also, when I got my personal trainer cert (AFPA) last year, the manual mentioned that there are 2 kinds of food:

1. Foods that bring nutrients in to you body, and
2. Foods that take nutrients out of your body.

Which one do you think McDonald's serves?
