MessageI would probably see if rehydrating killed the headache, and if it didn't I would a) drink coffee (from McDonalds), or b) get plain cheesburgers and chunk the bread/scrape off the ketchup and just salt and pepper em on up.
A different solution would be to swing by a convenience store and grab a can or cans of sardines and a bit of chocolate, if you really had exerted yourself pretty severely.
Oh, wait. Re-reading your post, I see that you had breakfast. Dude, just skip lunch and throw down for supper. (The only reason I can think of for loading up on lunch is to lay a solid foundation for drinking that night, but that's a whole nother post.)
