MessageSupporters of Food Combining as a way of eating suggest that certain combinations of food are digested better than others. Thus, some foods should not be eaten together and others should. Nutritionally knowledgeable people is this true and worth considering in a healthy eating plan? Thanks for all responses, Richard. P.S. I apologise if these are dumb questions. I am new to the realisation that diet is important in relation to performance.
