MessagePretty much trial and error- inspired by Mercola, Ellis, Robbins and a few others. I know that if I eat grains I feel bloated, if I eat too much dairy I feel sick and come out in acne(!), if I eat too much meat I feel sick, etc.
Also, on certain days I just crave meat and eggs but other days I dont want them atall so I look to coconut and avocado and certain fruits.
As far as training goes, I am getting into GS sport at the moment but generally I focus more on movement perfection than on reps, volume, HR etc.
