MessageI have been lifting for about 3 years but I have only been lifting consistantly for about a year. First squat program i have followed (got PTP while in 2nd week). I played football, basketball, and track all throughout highschool. Goals: lift more weight, increase vert. I'm 19yo, 5'10, 174. Bf I'm guessing around 10%. My current squat max is 315 - olympic style with ass literally to ankles with no belt or wraps. Im guessing when I max out next week I will hit 330 maybe more if I use a belt.
Not sure how all this realtes to joint supplements but thanks for the help.
