MessageMost of your body is constructed of protein, fat and water - you don't see a low-water diet out there do you? I'm tired of all these new diets claiming to be the best thing out there. This is especially not appealing to athletes nor active people - most of the olympic-level athletes make sure to eat protein with every meal. Just listen to your body and eat what it's telling you to eat. If you can't do that experiment with what works for YOU, not what works for other people or what some diet "guru" tells you.
